Is a contract required?

Yes – before we start, we’ll both sign a simple Service Agreement.

It’s nothing scary — it just sets clear expectations for us both. It outlines what I’ll do for you, how and when I’ll do it, payment details, and how we handle things like confidentiality and ending the service if needed. It means everything is crystal clear from day one.

What hours do you work?

For my business admin, social media, and other virtual support services, my standard hours are Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm.

For dog walking and pet sitting, I’m generally available both within and outside those hours, and we can discuss the timing that works best for you and your pet’s routine. Just let me know your needs, and I’ll do my best to accommodate them.

How do you protect client information?

Your trust means everything to me.

I never share your information, ideas, or business materials with anyone. Full stop. I handle all client work with absolute confidentiality and respect, so you can hand over sensitive tasks with confidence. 

How do you charge for your services and protect my information? 

Some services are charged at a set package rate, while others are billed by the hour. When I work hourly, I use a time‑tracking tool to log exactly what I do for you, ensuring complete transparency. 

Dog Walking & Pet Services 

Why did you start dog walking?

Honestly? Because I knew I couldn’t sit in my home office all day without going stir‑crazy!

Dog walking gives me the perfect excuse to get outside, stretch my legs, and spend time with happy pups. It’s a win-win — it keeps me moving and gives dogs the exercise and company they need. 

What areas do you walk dogs in?

I keep walks local — no more than a 10-minute drive from my home in Cheltenham.

That way I can be reliable, arrive on time, and make sure your dog isn’t stuck waiting too long for their outing. I can discuss short term walks outside of that travel time but do charge extra for travel. 

Do you offer short-term dog walking if I’m on holiday?

Yes! If you’re away for a short holiday, I can pop over and walk your dog while you’re gone.

We’ll make sure they keep their normal walking routine, get some fresh air, and enjoy plenty of playtime until you’re back.

Do you do home visits for pets?

Absolutely. I can visit your home to feed your pets, clean up after them, refresh water bowls, give medication if needed, and of course — spend time playing and keeping them company.

Do you do pet house-sitting?

Yes — I offer in-home pet sitting while you’re away.

It means your pets get to stay in their own environment (less stress for them!) with familiar smells and routines, and you have peace of mind knowing someone is looking after both your animals and your home. 

My pet needs medication. Are you comfortable administering it?

Yes, I’m completely comfortable and experienced in giving all kinds of medications, including injections like subcutaneous (under the skin) shots. I understand how important it is to handle this with care and attention, so you can trust me to keep your pet safe and healthy while you’re away. 

Do you have experience with pets that have behavioral issues or special needs?

Yes, I’ve worked with pets from all backgrounds, including those who may have behavioral challenges or special needs. I understand that every pet is unique and may require a gentle, patient approach to feel safe and comfortable. You can trust that I’ll provide the care and attention your pet needs, adapting my methods to support their well-being and happiness. 

I’m a stressful pet parent and have a detailed document of requirements for my pet. Do you accommodate that and provide updates?

Absolutely, I love this! As an anxious pet parent myself, I truly appreciate having a detailed document of your pet’s needs. I always follow every instruction carefully to ensure your fur baby is cared for just the way you want. Plus, I send regular updates with photos and videos, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well looked after. 

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I carry full insurance for my services. For your added peace of mind, I also hold a current Police Check and Working with Children Check. This means you can trust that I am fully vetted and committed to providing safe, reliable care for you and your pets.
